1. Shipping Policy

Products purchased from our online shop are eligible for delivery to valid mailing addresses within New Zealand only. We use reputable couriers to deliver our products.

In the event that we are not able to ship the goods to the shipping address provided by you, we will notify you, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund in respect of your purchase (unless you provide an alternative eligible shipping address).

1.1 Shipping Timeframe & Rates

Once we have confirmed the acceptance of your order, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 Business Days, unless a different timeframe is specified in relation to a particular product. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this time frame, we will endeavour to contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. Please note that multiple orders may not always be shipped together.

Although we will endeavour to meet the delivery timeframes where possible, all delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

The applicable delivery fees are clearly displayed during the checkout process at the time of purchase.

2. Return Policy

In this returns policy, the expressions "we", "us" and "our" are a reference to Elegance Jewellery.

You may return your items to us if the items are faulty, in accordance with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law. Depending on the fault we may either repair the item, replace it, or provide a refund.

Also, if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days of purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price to you (excluding shipping costs). Items must be in "As New Condition", with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork (including all certificates) and must be returned by courier. Please contact our Customer Care team via email to initiate a return. You'll need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return.

"As New Condition" means that the item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of "As New Condition" is at the sole discretion of Elegance Jewellery.

All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item until it is delivered to us. We highly recommend that any returned items are insured during delivery to safeguard yourself against any loss.

We will not refund or reimburse any costs incurred by you to return the items to us, including any shipping or insurance charges.
